The new customer and service centre is equipped with modern specialized technologies and this centre is the first such building in the Baltic States. When developing the investment project worth more that 4 million euros, a particular emphasis was put on the requirement that the centre should meet modern day requirements for an innovative truck service centre, that would be comfortable to use for both service centre employees and customers. For the convenience of employees, in the service centre there have been built modern changing rooms and sanitary facilities, as well as service rooms equipped with heated floors, which creates considerably more comfortable conditions for the mechanics, also comfortable working conditions are provided with modern caisson metal service pits.
Considering the convenience of the customers, the centre has a spacious parking lot, a hotel for drivers who have to stay overnight if the repair of the truck takes longer, and there is also a modern showroom for demo cars in the centre.
The total area of the building is 3100 square meters, of which the service space occupies 1510 square meters. There are 7 working lines in the centre, one of which is for diagnostics and one for washing. It is important to mention that, when choosing construction materials and communications for the centre, special attention was paid to ensure that the building will have high energy efficiency. Only the highest quality construction materials were used in the construction process.
