Information related to COVID-19

Please be informed that the service works as usual, observing the epidemiological requirements:

• face masks or face shields are used (for both the customer and the service technician);
• an area of 15 m3 per customer is provided in the premises;
• no more than one customer may be present in the customer waiting room;
• surfaces are disinfected in the waiting room after each customer;
• upon receipt of the vehicle, service technicians shall wear disposable gloves;
• the vehicle keys are disinfected;
• service providers disinfect vehicle cab surfaces (steering wheel, panel, etc.) before starting their work

Spare parts are only sold remotely with the delivery of the goods to your cabin:

• spare parts orders are accepted by phone or by sending a request to the e-mail address:  parts@avarauto.lv
• as far as possible, customers pay for the goods by bank transfer. Distance and other epidemiological requirements are observed when making cash payments;
• the seller of spare parts shall inform the customer of the time when the goods are ready for picking up;
• the goods are handed out by prior arrangement.

Trade of vehicles:

• trade of vehicles is provided remotely (telephone consultations, video calls, sending offers electronically, etc.);
• document circulation takes place remotely using a secure electronic signature or postal / courier services by sending hand-signed documents.
• the delivery of vehicles to customers is ensured in compliance with all security measures;
• on-site visits to the company’s premises are not allowed.
