MAN SERVICECONTRACTS

Reduce the risk of unexpected repair costs and increase your compliance by letting MAN handle the planning of services, inspections and repairs. This can lower your fleet costs effectively and increase efficiency, so you can focus completely on your core activities. No matter which MAN service contract you choose, MAN has the right package for your needs. Also good to know: MAN service contracts are valid the UK MAN dealer network, offering specialist staff and professional assistance at all times.

• MAN Oil. The Oil contract includes the replacement of oil and oil filters in the engine, gearbox, drive axle and valve adjustment.
• MAN Comfort. The Comfort service contract covers all service and inspection work listed in your vehicle’s maintenance record. MAN also manages the contract for you, freeing you up from organisational and administrative responsibilities. Your guarantee and goodwill rights remain of course unaffected. The Comfort contract allows you to add extra protection for your vehicle through an optional MAN complete vehicle guarantee or a MAN driveline guarantee.
• MAN Comfort Plus. Building on the Comfort service contract, the ComfortPlus also includes regulatory compliance. In addition, you can supplement this service contract with a driveline guarantee or complete vehicle guarantee.
• MAN Comfort Super. The ComfortSuper service contract covers all service and inspection work within the scope of regular maintenance, as well as all wear-and-tear repairs and repairs to the complete vehicle. This contract therefore provides comprehensive cover for all cost-intensive components of your vehicle that come under strain. MAN take over the management of this full-service contract on your behalf, so there’s no need to worry about the administrative side of things.

MAN Extended warranties

With MAN ServiceContracts, you are guaranteed to drive better. MAN provides a 12-month warranty on the entire vehicle and a two-year powertrain warranty – with unlimited mileage. You can also take advantage of attractive extended warranties, which we offer as an optional extra.

• TGX- and TGS-series trucks with 4×2 or 6×2 wheel formulas can benefit from an extended powertrain warranty of up to three years or a maximum mileage of up to 450,000km.
• Model- and application-specific extended warranties are also available for all MAN vehicles.

MAN ServiceCare

In MAN ServiceCare your MAN service centre assists you with vehicle analysis and the coordination and administration of maintenance appointments.

 Wherever you’re heading, the MAN Uptime Guarantee is already there. You get it automatically for your new TGE ex works – at no extra cost. For 24 months and with unlimited mileage.

• If your MAN TGE has a technical breakdown, we assist you quickly and reliably
• Experienced mechanics know exactly what to do
• Thanks to a Europe-wide workshop network, you don’t need to wait long
• Our workshops have extensive opening hours and, if necessary, are also available to you at night or the weekend
• We take care of your MAN on the spot or bring it to the nearest workshop
• Alternatively, we give you downtime compensation or pay for yout hotel or travel costs*

And that’s the way it can stay: at your vehicle’s full, scheduled inspections, you can simply extend your Uptime Guarantee annually.
